So, you’re getting married?!

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Congratulations on your engagement and THANK YOU for your interest in hosting your special day at the OuterEdge Stage! Let’s start with the numbers and then we will get into all the FUN stuff! Pricing for weddings is as follows:

  • Ceremony only: $1,150.00 (Capacity 250) 4 hours
  • Reception only: $2,650.00 (Capacity 180 plus wedding party) 10 hours
  • Ceremony & Reception: $3,200.00 (Capacity 180 plus wedding party) 12 hours

 

So what’s included?

These prices include building rental fee, wedding coordinator, 1-hour rehearsal (when applicable) sound and lighting engineer, as well as the use of our chairs.  These prices DO NOT include tables, linens, catering services, bar services or cleaning fees.

The OuterEdge Stage is contracted with Fox Cities Party Rental for all our table and (non-specialty) linen rentals. We also have vendors that we contract with for specialty linens such as colored tablecloths, linen napkins, sashes, and chairs covers. Please be reminded that the tables and linens are not included in your venue rental fee. As an additional piece of information, please note that we will need 2 hours from the END of your ceremony to the START of your cocktail hour to flip the room for the reception. This is a really great time to encourage your guests to check out all the great shopping, pubs, and museums just walking distance from the venue…downtown Appleton!

Hosting your wedding at the OuterEdge Stage ensures your wedding will be like no other! Unlike many other venues, a wedding coordinator is INCLUDED in your rental fee! Your coordinator can do everything from assist with vendor suggestions to complete planning services. Your coordinator also runs your rehearsal and is on site for your ENTIRE event to be sure not a single detail slips through the cracks. Try getting THAT included anywhere else.

 

Those guests are going to be hungry!

One of the BEST things about hosting your wedding at the OuterEdge Stage is the opportunity you have to customize EVERY aspect of your day! Your dinner service can be contracted through the company of your choice, however, they are required to tour the facility before you book them as there are some quirks about serving food in our facility. Using our tried and true preferred vendors is also an option. Booking one of these vendors ensures you have a team of professionals that understand all the idiosyncrasies of pulling off the most PERFECT wedding at the OuterEdge Stage.  Our preferred vendors include:

So you want to celebrate with a drink, you say?

Another BIG aspect of your wedding day is the bar. Because we are not a traditional banquet facility, we do not carry a liquor license. Due to this, if you choose to serve alcohol at your reception, you are required to provide it as an open bar for your guests. Alcohol is catered in through Valley Liquor and bartenders are hired through our facility at a rate if $50/hour for 2 bartenders. Bartenders are on sight from one hour before your cocktail hour until 1 hour after your reception end time. Your bartenders provide all the set-up, service and clean up of your bar. So, we know what you’re thinking…open bar all night?! That’s going to cost us a FORTUNE! But another great thing about us not being a traditional banquet facility is that we do not upcharge you for your bar! Typically, what you would pay at a banquet facility for a 2-hour open bar will cover an entire night of drinks at the OuterEdge…now doesn’t THAT sound like a party! PLUS this is another aspect of your big day that can be totally customized. Don’t want to serve liquor? No problem! Want Grey Goose instead of some plain old rail vodka? You got it! You can choose every detail about your bar…we even do specialty bride/groom cocktails. And the BEST part about it…any alcohol that remains unopened goes back to the distributor and you DO NOT get charged!

 

What about the music?

Another benefit of the OuterEdge Stage is our sound and lighting system (as well as the engineer that comes with it) that will make your wedding the most memorable event you and your guests have ever attended. For crowds that are “party self-starters,” our house technician can custom create a playlist for you, run the lights, and make basic announcements. He does not replace the skill, interactivity, and expertise of a professional DJ, but if you need to save money in your budget this is an option (additional packages available – please inquire for details). If you do choose to have a DJ or a live band, we’d love that too! They work with our engineer to plug right into our house sound system, so you are always getting the best experience possible.

 

And don’t forget about rehearsal dinner…

Looking for a place to host your rehearsal dinner but not quite sure where to look? We can host that for you too! Our rehearsal dinner rental fee package is just $500. This fee includes partial room set up, 4 additional venue hours as well as a cleaning fee. Please contact us if you have questions.
